The amount of time to check-in is ridiculous. If you are lucky there are two agents. You can wait 1/2 hour at least.
A la carte food prices are high........which if the food and service are good....it is okay....but the food is pretty awful and the food service is really inept. I asked for a small bottle of mineral water...........it took 15 minutes to get to the table, at 6 pm when only one other table was dining.
Because of the very poor quality of the food in the main restaurant, I cancelled my reservation for the Red Salt restaurant as I was afraid that the same poor quality would be reflected with much higher prices.
The fabrics in the guest room are all stained......terrible selection of light coloured fabrics. Hallway carpets are filthy.
Drain in shower not clean and result is water all over the bathroom floor. Had to turn on shower, wet hair...turn off shower and add soap......turn on shower to rinse hair.....horrible experience.
Windows have not been washed in months.
Breakfast buffet is very mediocre. Items that should be kept chilled are displayed at room temperature...yogurts, meats milks etc. 99% of hotels in the 3 to 5 star category that offer buffet breakfast only, will offer omelets. Awful looking and luke warm fried eggs or hard boiled eggs or terrible tasting scrambled eggs on offer. The Sheraton in Krakow for example offers poached eggs with spinach, a variety of omelets, eggs benedict cooked to order and their room prices are slightly lower with breakfast included.
On some days, the nice quiet tables at the entrance to the dining area were already set for dinner at 7am.....so older folks are forced to go and sit with all the screaming kids down by the buffet. Again, a sign that whatever makes it easy for the staff is more important than the comfort and enjoyment of the guest.
Beverage prices ridiculous...more expensive for juice than in a five star hotel we stayed at in Poznan.
Fruit selection pitiful. One day diced watermelon, one day diced canteloupe, one day diced pineapple.....should all be offered everyday.....if you want to be 3 or 4 star.
Breakfast rolls/pastries terribly lacking in choice.
Bacon cooked in stacks......bottom and top crispy.....in the middle of stack....hardly cooked at all.
Pool, sauna area packed......children and strollers everywhere.........should be much larger area and facilities.
A facility of this size should provide a much larger area for spa and fitness facilities.
You really need to get a professional management company in to sort out your problems, facilities and service.
